They continued their research and found that all bottled waters also contained microplastics. The contamination comes through the air. When they recognized this problem, they partnered with the company MIK Celje, which also manufactures air filtration systems. Together, they developed a solution that was tested for the first time in the world at a small spring in the pristine nature of Zdravilni gaj Tunjice near Kamnik.
